This pre-engineered rooftop unit incorporates a total enthalpy wheel that rotates between exhaust and outdoor airstreams, transferring both sensible (heat) and latent (moisture) energy to improve system efficiency. Ideal for applications requiring high percentages of outdoor air, the enthalpy wheel provides up to 80% total effectiveness, significantly reducing heating and cooling load requirements and lowering operating costs. Supplemental heating and cooling components are located downstream of the enthalpy wheel to provide precise tempering and dehumidification as needed.
