A:Greenheck’s standard warranty policy is based on the type of product purchased. For more information on specific warranty information for the model you have, please reference the product page on our website.

Q:How do I begin a warranty claim?

A:Contact your local Greenheck parts representative at 1.800.355.5354. If you receive a shipment with visible damage, please contact your freight carrier immediately. In the event the carrier wishes to inspect the shipment, materials must be made available for them to inspect. For concealed damage, follow the same procedure as noted above.

Q:How do I purchase replacement parts for Greenheck products?

A:There are now two options. You may contact your local Greenheck representative to assist with parts ordering and other questions. The second option is using Greenheck’s parts website. Both options assure you of receiving genuine Greenheck OEM parts.

Q:What is Greenheck's standard warranty policy?

A:Greenheck’s general warranty policy states that equipment is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. You may read this warranty statement here.

Q:How do I return a motor?

A:Greenheck uses several motor vendors for use with our products. Vendor requirements vary, but depending on the motor size, you may be required to return the motor to a local service station for repair or replacement. A more detailed explanation and a list with links motor manufacturers websites is available on the website.
