The Grease X-Tractor™ is a high-efficiency centrifugal grease filter designed for commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, ideal for medium to heavy grease applications, including solid fuel cooking. Exhaust air enters through angled inlets and is directed into a series of hollow columns, creating continuous air rotation that uses centrifugal force to separate grease from the airstream. Extracted grease collects on internal surfaces and drains from the filter, while cleaned air exits through the rear. With grease removal efficiency up to 69% at 8 microns, it helps reduce buildup in ductwork and on rooftop equipment, improving system cleanliness and fire safety. The filter is durable, removable, and easy to clean in a commercial dishwasher or jet sink.
