Classrooms
This flexible design meets the needs of many commercial space types. Decoupling the ventilation air and loads from space thermal loads offers an optimized solution for accurate ventilation and zone-level comfort control. DOAS units condition high volumes of outside air to neutral temperature and humidity conditions while secondary HVAC systems (not provided by Greenheck) control the independent zone heating and cooling. Proper fan, heating, and cooling control are critical to optimize comfort while maximizing component and equipment lifespan.

Admin Offices
A multi-zone variable air volume system is ideal for facilities with several rooms that require individual zone control. This is achieved by distributing air to each zone from a central rooftop unit (RTU) and modulating the airflow and discharge temperature through zone dedicated air terminal units (ATUs). The ATUs can serve single rooms, or groups of rooms, within this system.
