Model RT's standard microprocessor controller is factory-programmed with Greenheck's proprietary, proven controls sequences. Each rooftop unit is wired and thoroughly tested prior to shipment. The controller can operate stand-alone or integrated with a BMS using BACnet or Modbus protocols. This controller ensures the rooftop unit is operating safely and efficiently while meeting owner and occupant expectations.

With an Ethernet connection from the unit controller to the facilities network, a full graphic, specific to the product selected, will allow for monitoring and control of the unit without a building management system (BMS).
