HIGHLIGHTS

Time-Saving Selections

  • ABB variable frequency drives (VFD) can be selected on many popular fan models. This makes selecting, configuring, ordering, and installing VFDs much faster with fewer errors
  • New hooded pipe portal: a complete line of pipe portals is now available to save time and coordination with other manufacturers   
  • HVLS model DM can now be selected and configured using size and performance-based selections
  • Expanded the user interface (fast data entry, multi-line editing, global editing) to include all round, AMD/AMS, and face & bypass dampers

New or Redesigned Products

  • New SP sizes with integrated lights/humidity sensor and two-speed capable selections
  • Reintroduced the concrete block fan, model CBF-205
  • AX Upblast Series 200 selections now available for roof upblast configuration
  • USF Gen 2 continuation
    • Expanded to include direct sizes 27 through 40
    • Direct drive through size 24 now have High Wind with NOA
  • Expanded the residential energy recovery offering with a new model and multiple configurations

Availability Updates

  • Improved standard lead time on many models, reference Lead time bulletin
  • Expanded Quick Build program on models SQ (QB5), KSQ (QB15), SP-LP sizes (Next-Day), and crossover hoods (QB5)
  • Moved the following products from Extended to Standard lead times:  AER with fabricated steel propeller and BAER
  • Expanded damper actuator offering (see damper section for details)

Efficiency/Code Updates

  • Added ability to set “Efficiency Code Required” for fans in the Job Level defaults
  • Added “Comply with Minimum Efficiency Standard” question for ceiling exhaust fans
  • New selections of non-tempered MSX units shipping to California to comply with updated codes (CA Title 20)

            • New selections of non-tempered MSX units for California need to comply with updated codes (CA Title 20). This will apply to units with a BHP > 1 and an FEI < 1
            • Updated UL Listing from UL 1995 to UL 60335-2-40 for models IGX/MSX

          Power Roof Ventilators and Roof Curbs (PRV)

            • CAPS v4.43 Training Video - PRV
            • Obsoleted the High Temperature (425oF) option on the CUE-100HP-VG. 400oF is still available with UL 705 Grease listing
            • Pipe Portal Hood now has three styles of pipe penetrations (boot style, hood style, hood/boot combo)
