Greenheck, the world’s leading manufacturer of air movement, control and conditioning equipment with several manufacturing locations across the United States, was named as one of Forbes’ America’s Best Midsized Employers on Wednesday, April 17. Employers are chosen based on results from an independent survey distributed to more than 50,000 U.S. based employees.
Companies considered for this award were rated by nation-wide survey respondents on work-related topics such as: working conditions, salary, potential for development, and overall company image. Greenheck ranked in the top 40 percent among the elite list of recognized companies.
“We are extremely proud and honored to be featured as one of Forbes’ America’s Best Midsized Employers,” said Kathy Drengler, Greenheck Vice President of Human Resources. “For the past 70 years, Greenheck has been dedicated to developing a family-like workplace culture where team members can grow, build a career, and feel connected. This recognition is a testament of our ongoing efforts to heavily invest in our core values, culture, and team members.”
“This achievement is a reflection of our outstanding team members from across the U.S. who live our core values every day,” said Jim McIntyre, Greenheck president and CEO. “This is a very special honor and is a tribute to the talents, efforts, and contributions made from our teams.”
