Greenheck ships from new manufacturing plant in China
Greenheck’s new manufacturing plant in Kunshan, China shipped its first order of 20 belt-driven square inline fans October 27, less than one year after the company announced its plans to expand in the Far East. The new facility in China helps Greenheck deliver its products faster and more cost-effectively to Chinese construction sites by reducing overseas shipping costs and eliminating import duties. With construction booming throughout the country of 1.2 billion residents, China is expected to be the largest HVAC market in the world by 2005.
Greenheck is the largest manufacturer of air movement and control products in the U.S. with plants in Schofield, Wisconsin, Frankfort, Kentucky and Sacramento, California. The company is also a worldwide leader in exporting air movement and control equipment to Central America, South America, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim.
