Getting the most from CAPS.

Q:Is there a fee or cost for CAPS software?
A:
A:No. The software is free to download. You will need to create an account on the Greenheck website and then login to that account to download CAPS.

Q:The program is installed but now it is asking for a code. Where do I find the CAPS "Activation Code"?
A:
A:

Log into your MyGreenheck account and select “Download CAPS”.  Your activation key will be displayed on that page.

Q:How do I get Revit drawing files from CAPS?
A:
A:Once you save your job file, select Reports, and then check “Revit Model (.rfa and .txt).” You can learn more about downloading Revit content by watching this video

Q:Can CAPS be installed on a Network?
A:
A:Yes. You must install CAPS on a computer first before changing to a network setup. Please email caps@greenheck.com for detailed instructions to change settings for running on a network.
Q:
Q:I get a “Could not open Job... Unknown file error” when trying to open my job file. How do I resolve this error?
A:
A:You most likely have a corrupt mark on the job file. Please send the job file to us at CAPS@greenheck.com and we will check the file and remove the corrupt mark. We will send the file back to you, minus the corrupt mark. You will need to re-select that mark and complete the process.
