Shhhhhhhhh. To hear how quiet our QEI mixed flow in line fan is, first reduce all other room noise. Then, just click here on QEI SOUND DEMONSTRATION. This video shows three inline fans all operating at 5,000 cfm at 2.5 in. wg. The units include a vane axial operating 80 dBA, a tubular centrifugal (TCF) operating at 77 dBA, and a mixed flow inline fan operating at 68 dBA. All sound measurements were taken 5 feet from the fan inlet.
