Propeller Tube Axial Inline Fans
Greenhecks axial inline fans are designed for ducted indoor
or outdoor applications. They are available in both direct drive
and belt drive and with cast aluminum or fabricated steel propellers.
All models include integral flanges for airtight duct connections
and can be mounted in any configuration horizontal, vertical,
or at an angle.
The TDI and TBI axial inline series are available in three levels
of construction to match each products strengths to the
specific requirements of any commercial or industrial application.
Tube Axials are best suited for pressures up
to 1.25 inches w.g. (312.5 Pa). Medium Pressure Axials
are designed for pressures up to 3.5 inches w.g. (875 Pa). Medium
Pressure Vane Axials are capable of pressures exceeding
4.0 inches w.g. (1000 Pa).
Model TDI (Direct Drive)
|
| Medium Pressure Axial, Tube Axial,
Medium Pressure Vane Axial |
The TDI series of axials maximize efficiencies with cast aluminum,
airfoil propellers. Their primary attributes include compact size
and minimal maintenance. Additionally, TDI fans can be used with
variable frequency drives to accommodate modulating performance
requirements. Typical applications range from clean air exhaust
to emergency smoke control where the TDI has been tested to exhaust
airstream temperatures up to 300° F (149° C) for a minimum
of 5 hours. The TDI series has performance capacities up to 95,000
CFM (161,000 m
3/hr) and static pressures up to 2.75 inches
w.g. (685 Pa).
Model TBI-CA (Belt Drive)
|
| Medium Pressure Axial, Tube Axial,
Medium Pressure Vane Axial |
The TBI-CA axial series are belt driven and use cast propeller,
airfoil propellers. The key features of the TBI-CA axials are compact
size, mounting flexibility, and ease of performance adjustments.
Additionally, the combination of the cast aluminum impeller and
sealed internal belt and bearing enclosure allows this product to
meet spark resistant specifications. Typical applications include
warehouse or industrial ventilation and paint booth fume exhaust.
The TBI-CA performance capacities are up to 96,000 CFM (163,000
m
3/hr) and static pressures up to 3.25 inches w.g. (810
Pa).
Model TBI-FS (Belt Drive)
|
| Medium Pressure Axial, Tube Axial,
Medium Pressure Vane Axial |
The TBI-FS axial series are belt driven and use fabricated steel,
airfoil propellers. The key features of the TBI-FS axials are compact
size, mounting flexibility, and ease of performance adjustments.
Additionally, the combination of the fabricated steel impeller and
vented internal belt and bearing enclosure enables this product
to be used for high temperature ventilation. Typical applications
include general ventilation, high temperature process exhaust, and
emergency smoke exhaust, where the TBI-FS is a UL Listed Power Ventilator
for Smoke Control systems. The TBI-FS performance capacities are
up to 77,000 CFM (130,000 m
3/hr) and static pressures
up to 4.5 inches w.g. (1,120 Pa).
