Roof Upblast and Sidewall Exhaust Fans

The Centrifugal Roof Upblast and Sidewall Exhaust Fans include both direct and belt driven fans with backward inclined centrifugal wheels. The motors on the fans are out of the airstream. The fans are suitable for applications such as storage room or fume hood exhaust.

Overview

    These spun aluminum fans are specifically designed for roof mounted (CUE/CUBE) or wall mounted (CW/CWB) applications. Contaminated or grease laden exhaust air can be discharged directly upward, away from the roof surface or discharged out and away from building walls. The fans feature one piece windband continuously welded to curb cap and double studded isolators for true vibration isolation. Capacities range from 80 to 30,000 cfm. and up to 5.0 in. wg. CUE/CUBE/CW/CWB designates pressures up to 1.25 in. wg. CUBE-HP and CWB-HP designates pressures up to 2.5 in. wg. CUBE-XP designates pressures up to 5.0 in. wg.

    Model USGF

    Model USGF (Ultimate Steel Grease Fan) is the ideal fan for heavy grease exhaust applications as stated in NFPA's Chapter 11 restaurants and food service where high amounts of grease and/or solid fuels are used like char broilers, solid fuel cooking, and oriental cooking. Constructed of steel, the Model USGF includes a non-stick coated steel wheel, steel windband, steel curb cap, and steel motor compartment. Standard features include UL-762, a heat baffle, clean-out port, dual belt and pulley system, and a mounted and wired NEMA-3R disconnect switch. The unit is powder coated for protection. Performance capability up to 3 in. wg and 7,000 cfm.

    Model TCB: Inline Fan, Backward Inclined Wheel

    The TCB is a belt drive model that comes standard in Spark B construction. Sealed belt tube and bearing cover protect drive components. It is also available in all aluminum construction or with Easy Access opening big enough to remove the fan shaft and wheel assembly. Maximum operating temperature of 200ᵒ F.

  • Model SWB

    Model SWB

    The SWB is a belt driven fan and features a backward-inclined centrifugal wheel. This fan is suitable for ducted exhaust, supply, and return-air applications. Typical applications include commercial kitchens, fume hoods and emergency smoke control. Capacities range from 70 to 11,000 cfm and up to 2.7 in. wg.


  • Models SFD/SFB

    Models SFD/SFB

    The SFD (direct drive) and SFB (belt drive) feature quiet and efficient forward curved wheels. These fans are suitable for ducted exhaust, supply and return-air applications with clean air. Capacities range from 400 to 25,000 cfm and up to 3.25 in. wg.


  • Model TCBRU

    Model TCBRU

    Used for general or contaminated exhaust. Standard with aluminum wheel for Spark B construction, the TCBRU has an elevated discharge to carry contaminated exhausts away from roof deck and nearby make-up air units. These fans are available in either painted steel or aluminum construction. Oversized access panel available for full access to interior drives and bearings for easier service.

  • Model QEI

    Model QEI

    A belt drive model with premium levels of construction and performance. QEI utilizes a mixed flow wheel and air straightening vanes for higher efficiencies, lower horsepower and lower sound levels. Often used in commercial and industrial applications such as libraries, theaters, garages and involving everything from clean air to grease exhaust to high temperatures.

    Model USF-300

    The USF-300 is a workhorse product, used in applications where a coating on the housing and in the airstream is required. It offers the flexibility of bolted or welded construction and an increased performance range for Class I airflow and pressures.

    Model USF-400

    The USF-400 spans the gap between traditional utility sets and industrial blowers. It is constructed of painted steel construction and is capable of Class II applications and offers either backward inclined or airfoil wheels.
