Model SP-AP features virtually silent electronically commutated (EC) motors with adaptive technology to ensure they provide the air flow to meet whole-house ventilation code requirements and remove unhealthy air and moisture in real world installations. The fan includes three built-in, high-speed airflow settings (50, 80 or 110 cfm). Its standard two-speed operation helps comply with ASHRAE 62.2, WSEC, and CAL Title 24 requirements. Units come in lighted and non-lighted configurations with plug and play sensors (humidity, motion and CO₂) available.

CRD-300WT, a UL263 certified Ceiling Radiation Damper, is compatible with both the SP-AP0511W-1 and SP-AP0511WL-1 models.

The SP-LP is powered by an electronically commutated motor (ECM) with Constant CFM adaptive, variable speed technology programmed to overcome the static pressure associated with common residential installation scenarios (0.4 in. wg and above). The motor reacts to increased static pressure by increasing its speed to ensure you have the airflow required to remove unhealthy air and moisture.
