New Brochure Details Greenheck Controls for Kitchen Ventilation Systems
Controls and energy management options for kitchen ventilation systems are featured in a new 8-page brochure from Greenheck. With energy savings being of utmost importance to operators, Greenheck offers two variable volume systems that track the cooking load and vary the exhaust and supply ventilation rate based on need, thereby reducing power and tempering costs. Both systems feature temperature interlock that automatically activates the exhaust fan if not manually started, whenever cooking operations occur. Available with a variety of options, Greenheck's fan control center (KFCC) offers one-stop control of all of the various power connections between the hoods, fans, make-up air and lighting.
