Allow Popups

If you do not have pop-ups enabled on your browser, the site may not display as designed. To enable your browser for pop-ups follow the steps that apply to the browser you are using.

Note: Some security software and toolbars may also block pop-ups.

PC Users

Internet Explorer 11.0 on operating system

  1. From Tools open Internet Options, click on the “Privacy” tab, under the section ‘Pop-up Blocker’ click on the “Settings” button.
  2. Type ‘www.greenheck.com’ into the “Address of website to allow:” line and click the Add button.
  3. Set the Filter Level to Medium: Block most automatic pop-ups
  4. Click Close

Firefox 39.0.x

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menuand choose Options.
  2. Select the Content panel.

In the content panel click on the Exceptions button, this is a list of sites that you want to allow to display pop-ups.

  1. Type ‘www.greenheck.com’ into the field
  2. Click Allow
  3. Click OK

Opera 30.x

  1. Click on the Menu button in the top left corner and select “Settings”.
  2. Click Websites and scroll down until you see Pop Ups.
  3. Click on the “Manage exceptions” button and type in ‘www.greenheck.com’ into the field
  4. Click the Done button when complete.

Mac Users

Opera 30.x

  1. Click on the Menu button in the top left corner and select “Settings”.
  2. Click Websites and scroll down until you see Pop Ups.
  3. Click on the “Manage exceptions” button and type in ‘www.greenheck.com’ into the field
  4. Click the Done button when complete.

Safari 8.0.6x and Safari 6.1.x

  1. From the Safari menu,  go into “Preferences” upper left hand corner of the window
  2. Click on the “Security” option and under ‘Web content’ uncheck the box in front of  'Block pop-up windows' .
