| Insulated Commercial Control Dampers | ICD-45 is an insulated control damper that is designed for applications where it is necessary to minimize the transfer of heat or cold penetration and reduce condensation. This damper can be used in applications down to -70°F. ICD series meet the IECC (International Energy Conservation Code) requirements for damper leakage rating of 3cfm/sq. ft. @ 1 in. wg or less when integral to the building envelope. Leakage testing was performed at Environ Laboratories at a temperature of -40°F. The ICD-45 was rated at less than 3 cfm/ sq. ft. @ 1 in. wg or 8 cfm @ 4 in. wg . | ICD-44 ICD-45 |

| Air Measuring Dampers | Airflow measuring products are used to accurately measure and control air. Model IAQ-42 utilizes patented Speciflow™ technology to monitor airflow, temperature, and blade position. The AMS is an airflow measuring station, furnished with a pressure transducer that outputs a signal proportional to the cfm. The AMD series combines the function of an air measuring station and a low leakage control damper into one compact assembly that both measures and regulates airflow volumes to a target set-point. These products meet the minimum outdoor air requirements of ASHRAE Standard 62 or California Title 24. | IAQ-42 AMS AMD-23 AMD-33 AMD-42 AMD-42V |

| Sure-Aire™ Airflow Monitoring System | Greenheck's Sure-Aire Flow monitoring stations provide a means to monitor the volumetric flow through a fan. This information can be sent back to the building automation system to ensure the facility has proper ventilation for the specific application. An advantage with Greenheck's flow monitoring station is that there are no obstructions in the airstream. This design does not add additional static pressure and will not impact the fan's efficiency. | -- | Image/Product Link | Revit Link | Schofield, WI |
| Kitchen Ventilation Controls | Greenheck's variable volume system for kitchen hoods monitors the cooking operation and adjusts the exhaust, supply, and/or rooftop unit fans on demand so that when cooking load is reduced, the fans operate at a reduced level. This results in measurable energy savings in terms of electricity and gas consumption both in operating motors and conditioning outside air. These systems use high-efficiency (HE) motors which are variable frequency drive (VFD) compatible and typically result in up to 50% reduction in required airflow. | -- | Image/Product Link | Revit Link | Kings Mtn, NC |

| Kitchen Ventilation Systems - Grease Extraction | All Greenheck filters are tested to the ASTM F2519-2005 method of test. As verified by this test, Greenheck filters provide excellent grease extraction capabilities. Utilizing Greenheck's patented filters mitigate grease build-up in or on ductwork, fans, rooftops, adjacent buildings, and surrounding objects by capturing it at the source. Fan and roof life are extended and operating costs are reduced. | -- | Image/Product Link | Revit Link | Kings Mtn, NC |
| Vari-Green High Efficiency Motors | Greenheck's VARI-GREEN motor is an electronically commutated motor. The motor uses an 115 VAC input which is converted to DC to drive the motor. The motor rpm can be adjusted from 0 - 1750 rpm by either a potentiometer or a 0 - 10 VDC control signal. Electronically commutated motors are more efficient compared to other single phase motors. The motor provides increased motor efficiency, speed adjustability for either building balance or variable volume applications and extended bearing life. | -- | Image/Product Link | Revit Link | Schofield, WI |
