SUSTAINABILITY

Making a difference to move the industry to greater sustainability.

Greenheck continues to take an industry-wide leadership position to affect positive global sustainability. We believe that providing technical education on products we offer contributes to reducing energy consumption and improving healthier indoor environments. The products we manufacture are used in buildings to:

• Create Human Comfort
• Improve Human Productivity
• Improve Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)
• Create Human Safety
• Protect Human Life
• Reduce Energy Consumption

Greenheck offers the following educational events to increase knowledge of efficient HVAC products and their application:

• Online courses
• Mobile Learning Center events
• HVAC University for Engineers
• HVAC University for Architects

As a manufacturer of efficient air movement, control, and conditioning products, we recognize that our products’ high efficiency can be compromised due to improper application / installation. To minimize or mitigate these occurrences, Greenheck has incorporated a system effect calculator in our eCAPS toolbox. This calculator allows the user understanding to avoid incorrectly applying products; how poor installations affect performance, ensuring high operational efficiency and low energy consumption.

Green – Industry participation. Taking an active role.

Greenheck staff takes an active role by being involved with industry associations and technical committees, which create industry standards used worldwide by building design professionals. Our contributions have established verified product performance certification ensuring operating efficiency, facility occupant safety, and minimum efficiency standards. Below is a list of organizations that Greenheck is actively involved with to assist with moving the industry to greater sustainability:
