Q:  Can I check stock on replacement parts?
A:  The Greenheck Parts Department can check stock of replacement parts.  Please contact the Parts Department at 1.800.355.5354 or email us directly using the form located on the Parts/Contact Us page.

Q:  Where will replacement parts be shipping from?
A:  Stock replacement parts primarily ship from Greenheck’s National Distribution Warehouse in Schofield, Wisconsin.  Stock replacement parts are also located in our remote distribution centers across the United States.

Q:  How long does it take to ship product?
A:  Stock replacement parts, if ordered before 1:00 pm CST, will ship the same day.  Orders entered after 1:00 pm CST will ship the next business day.  Nonstock replacement parts will be based on Greenheck’s standard leadtime for each item.  For more information on an estimated shipping time, please contact the Parts Department at 1.800.355.5354 or email us directly using the form located on the Parts/Contact Us page.

Q:  How do I find out how much ground freight costs were for my order?
A:  Greenheck includes freight for all ground shipments in the cost of the product.  If you ordered parts to ship via air freight or another expedited freight service, please contact the Greenheck Parts Department at 1.800.355.5354 or email us directly using the form located on the Parts/Contact Us page for more assistance.

Q:  What is your standard warranty policy on original equipment?
A:  Greenheck’s standard warranty policy is based on the type of product purchased.  For more information on specific warranty information for the model you have, please reference the product page on www.greenheck.com.

Q:  How do I return a replacement part or begin a warranty claim?
A:  Contact your local Greenheck parts representative by entering your zip code on the Parts Home page or calling the Greenheck Parts Department at 1.800.355.5354.  If you receive a shipment with visible damage, please contact your freight carrier immediately.  In the event the carrier wishes to inspect the shipment, materials must be made available for them to inspect.  For concealed damage, follow the same procedure as noted above.
